A  boat that serves as race committee will receive the average of the other three races in that series for the race that he/she committees. There will be one race dropped for each series. Handicaps will be based on PHRF rules with the following exceptions:

No Protests allowed!! 
If you win a series (i.e. first place), you will loose six (6) points from your rating for the next series. You will gain those points back, if you finish out of first in the next series.
If you continue to win you will continue to loose points. 
If you race Wednesday nights you will loose at least (6) six points 
If you are not the normal helmsman, you will gain six.
If no one is even close to you, your rating will drop commensurate with the margins of victory. No one likes to get continually trounced.

You must notify the race committee of the helmsman rule PRIOR to the beginning of the race. Notification after the start will result in no change in your rating. 
Remember the goal is to have fun, learn about racing in a less competitive environment. Keep a sharp eye out for odd courses.
