Established in 1974, the Yacht Club of Cape St. Claire (YCCSC) is a social, recreational club for residents and property owners in Cape St. Claire, Maryland who share an interest in boating activities. Our activities include events such as Friday night sailboat racing, raft-up rendezvous, cruising trips, on land picnics, swim parties, banquets and informational programs.

The Yacht Club also welcomes interested boaters from the surrounding area. Currently the club ‘fleet’ is about 60% sail, 30% power and the rest are either ‘bi-boatal’ (own both power and sailboats), are between boats or dreaming about their first boat. The club hosts five or six shore based events a year and around a half dozen mid-range cruises to various anchorages or marinas through the year.
